Special Post: "Mirrors" by Justin Timberlake

One of my favourite songs at the moment is "Mirrors" by Justin Timberlake. Not all of his music is 100% clean, but I'm really glad that this song is! And I've also heard some really amazing covers of this song, so I decided to share them with y'all too :)
Anthem Lights are one of my favourite bands, and their cover of Mirrors is definitely another great one from them! We need more Christian boy bands like them!
Jason Chen's cover of Mirrors is another one I really liked.

But my favourite is definitely Cimorelli's cover, feating James Maslow!! I absolutely love this one :)

MattyBRaps Feat. Cimorelli - Gangnam Style

 
A song which has received over 300 million hits on youtube, K-pop artist PSY's now world famous single "Gangnam Style" has now been covered by one of my all time favourite youtube artists - the 6 sister band Cimorelli, along with Matty BRaps. Okay, so in my opinion, its not nearly as good as the original - which sadly isn't the most clean - but I still really like it - its pretty funny, and I hope y'all enjoy this too!

Yay - finally another cover from my favorite band - Cimorelli!! This is the first a cappella cover the six sisters, aged between 12 and 22 have done in a while, so that is super cool!!! :D I like their cover of Fun's "Some Nights" a lot better than the original. Hope y'all like it too :)

The six sisters ages 21 to 11 do it again with this amazing version of a not so clean song, which they have cleaned up!! :D I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Sorry I had to upload the whole long video including extras, but this is so new, this is all there is up on Youtube right now!! By the way, I highly recommend watching the extras, but if you don't feel like doing that, just watch from the 7:40 mark, to get a preview of Cimorelli's cover of Justin Bieber's single, Pray!!

Cimorelli - Stronger

 

Cimorelli's brand new cover, "Stronger" by Kelly Clarkson, came out earlier today! It is such a great song and the girls do such a sweet job with it. I love how they did this song to help their friend Maria!! :D The song's main message of trying hard and keeping going is really good, but the under message of "thanks to you I'm finally thinking about me" isn't really the best - we, as Christians - shouldn't be focused on ourselves! But I think that that can be over-looked! :) Especially with their added ending "We are not alone" :D Sooo true!! Oh, I love Christian singers!!
And if you feel like it, it has a great music video on youtube you could check out, but I couldn't post it to the blog. :(
